West Bengal Marriage Registration 2023 Couples can register their weddings under the Parsi Marriage & Divorce Act 1936, the Hindu Marriage Act 1955, the Special Marriage Act 1954 and the Indian Christian Marriage Act 1872. पश्चिम बंगाल विवाह पंजीकरण 2023 जोड़े पारसी विवाह और तलाक अधिनियम 1936, हिंदू विवाह अधिनियम 1955, विशेष विवाह अधिनियम 1954 और भारतीय ईसाई विवाह अधिनियम 1872 के तहत अपनी शादी का पंजीकरण करा सकते हैं। कोई भी व्यक्ति जो हिंदू धर्म की किसी भी अभिव्यक्ति या विकास का पालन करता है वीरशैव, लिंगायत, ब्रह्म, प्रार्थना या आर्य समाज के अनुयायियों के साथ-साथ बौद्ध, जैन और सिख जो मुस्लिम, ईसाई, पारसी या यहूदी नहीं हैं, हिंदू विवाह कानूनों के अधीन हैं।

First Step:

• The homepage will appear on your screen.
• Click on the Register your marriage option.
• Click on the click here to apply online and read the instructions.

• You have to click on the proceed option.
• The application form will appear on your screen.
• Choose the legislation that you want to register under.
• The first part of the form will open on your screen.
• Enter the details of your husband’s Groom  such as Name, father Name, Date of Birth, Registration, Email, Phone number, Religion, Nationality, Aadhaar Number etc.
• Upload the required documents of the groom.
• Now you have to enter the details of the wife (Bride) such as Name, father Name, Date of Birth, Registration, Email, Phone number, Religion, Nationality, Aadhaar Number etc.
• Upload the required documents of the bride.

Second Step:

• Go to the third part of the form details of social marriage such as location of social marriage, date of social marriage and marriage invitation card.
• Go to the fourth part of the form details of children (it is not a mandatory field you can skip  this information if not have it)
• Choose the marriage register  by groom address or bride address option.
• Marriage registration details open on your screen, choose one of them and select marriage officer type, district, sub-district, work area, block, police station and gram panchayat.

Third Step:

• Go to the last stage of the form, enter the details of registration, select the registration location office of the marriage officer or outside the office of the marriage officer within his/her jurisdiction.
• Enter premises name and number and street/locality name, district, sub-district, work area, block, police station, gram panchayat, village and post office.
• Select within office hours of the marriage officer or beyond office hours of the marriage officer.
• Enter the code and click on the submit option.
