There are many students who are in good in studies but not able to complete their education because of lack of finance. So, many scholarships have been designed with an aim to support these students. One of the Scholarship is the AICTE Swanath Scholarship 2023. This Scholarship is provided to the students annually. The students who are studying engineering or architecture can take benefit of AICTE Swanath Scholarship Registration scholarship.  According to this scholarship, the students will be receiving the financial help from the departments. This initiative will prove beneficial for the students who are doing undergraduate or postgraduate course. It should be kept in mind that the students should do graduation and post-graduation in architecture, interior design, town planning, or landscape architecture from recognized Indian institution. Individual who will perform good in the field of design and architecture will be provided AICTE Swanath of Scholarship. Objective of AICTE Swanath Scholarship

The main aim of the department to AICTE Swanath Scholarship is to support the students to continue their higher studies that they were not able to do because of financial difficulty. The All-India Council for Technical Education make sures that every student should get education.

Benefits of AICTE Swanath Scholarship

  • The scholarship will provide an opportunity to the students to compete their education.
  • Through this scheme, individual will get a bright future.
  • It will also enhance employment opportunities for the individuals.
  • With the help of the AICTE Swanath of Scholarship, the applicants will be receiving Rs. 50000/- annually. This amount can be used to pay the college fees, and to buy  computer, stationeries, equipment, software and books etc. Students should keep in mind that they will not be given any extra amount for hostel charges and medical charges.
  • Scholarship will be given for 4 years for degree students and 3 years for diploma.
  • According to the program, total 2000 scholarships will be given. Out of this 1000 scholarships will be for degree students and the left 1000 to diploma individuals.

Eligibility Criteria for AICTE Swanath of Scholarship

  • Family income of the students should not exceed Rs. 8 Lakh annually.
  • Students should be enrolled in degree or diploma course in AICTE Approved institutions.
  • It is necessary that an individual must be an orphan or parents died because of Covid-19 or Wards of Armed Forces and Central Paramilitary Forces martyred in action (Shaheed).
  • The students should not be receiver of any other scholarship.  
  • AICTE Swanath of Scholarship is not allowed for a correspondence course or distinct education or private course.

Selection Criteria of AICTE Swanath Scholarship

  • Students will be selected according to the merit of the 12th standard exam for the degree course and the 10th standard exam marks will be considered for a diploma course.
  • If there will be tie between the two students, then the priority will be given to the elder age. If the age criteria do not work then the family yearly income will be considered and the whose family income is less will be ranked higher.

  • Death Certificate of Father & Mother.
  • Notarized affidavit on Rs 100/- stamp paper stating details according to enclosed format.
  • Bonafide Certificate.
  • 10+2/ equivalent and 10th Mark sheet for Degree Level and 10th/ equivalent for Diploma Level
  • Category Certificate (SC/ ST/ OBC-NCL).
  • Candidates whose either or both Parents Died due to Covid-19:
  • Death Certificate of Father/Mother or both explicitly stating that the death was because of Covid-19.
  • If one parent (Father or Mother) is alive, the current year income certificate explicitly mentions that the income of the family is less than 8 Lakh.
  • Bonafide Certificate.
  • 10+2 / equivalent and 10th Mark sheet for Degree Level and 10th/ equivalent for Diploma Level.
  • Category Certificate (SC/ ST/ OBC-NCL).

  • Firstly, you have to go to the official website of AICTE Seanath scholarship,You will land on the home page of the website.

  • Now, you have to click on the link and after that make sure you read the instructions carefully.
  • Then click on the continue option on the screen.
  • You will see the application form in front of you.
  • Fill the application form by entering all details like State, Name, Date of birth, Gender, active Mobile number, working Email id and Bank account number.
  • Then you have to enter the captcha code in the space given.
  • Now choose the register option on the screen.
  • After that login with the NSP portal and then search for a scholarship programme.
